Hi! Welcome to Total Bodi by Angela!
I’m Angela, your coach, trainer, and Total Bodi sweat-mate.
Fitness, sports, and exercise have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I found a love for long-distance running on my high-school cross-country team, and that love became a huge part of my life and career.
After high school, I went on to compete for a Division-1 collegiate cross-country and track team and earn a bachelor’s degree in exercise and wellness. I later became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise.
Since then, I have loved sharing my experience with people one-on-one and teaching large fitness classes. The satisfaction I gain from helping my clients experience progress and empowerment by challenging themselves is why I love training and instructing.

Along the way, I met and married my husband, Erik, a fellow college athlete, and we now have two beautiful little girls.
Being a mom has brought new challenges to taking care of myself, and I’ve had to get creative with my exercise solutions.
I needed efficient high-quality exercise that I could do at home with simple equipment or none at all.

As I was working out my own solution, I realized that this need is not specific to me.
There are so many people like me that care about their own fitness but can’t spend hours at the gym. My passion for solving that problem for as many people as possible is what drives this program.
Physical strength is part of healthy living, but eating well, mental strength, emotional strength, and even spiritual strength all play major roles.
Total Bodi is a program that provides you with resources and information to achieve holistic strength, health, and wellness. It will empower you to live the life you want.
