"Honestly, these workouts are amazing! I was able to workout solely from my home and within 30 minutes I had got a good workout in. I could tell because I was sore the next day!! I highly recommend this program! I felt more confident, happier, less stressed and more energetic throughout the day. I had more time to do other things I needed to accomplish in the day because the workouts were 30 minutes long! I loved the exercises themselves, the ab burner each week, and the convenience. Your level of involvement was great!"

"I struggle really hard with going to the gym because I don’t feel strong, so get frustrated and stop going (yeah, counterproductive, I know). But I was amazed that by the end of just the 2 weeks, I really could tell a difference in strength, especially in my upper body where I have the least strength. I noticed that things like push-ups were easier and I could do more of them and my confidence in the gym grew because I had set stuff to do. This improvement makes me want to keep going and gave me a little confidence boost!
I loved the goals section. It helped me to realize that exercise wasn’t just the goal in itself, but part of the overall process of improving myself. It helped the workouts to feel like only part of the whole rather than the one main goal, which helped me to do it more."

"The work out structure worked great. It was empowering to see the instructor do the work outs in her own living room with her kids because that was exactly what I was doing. The timing of the work outs worked out perfect because it didn't take too long to complete, but I also felt worked after them. She talks through each exercise so you understand clearly what to do. I loved the week layout so I knew which days I should plan on longer runs and which days I would be doing strength work outs with Angela.
I definitely felt physically stronger after this program. I have always been good with cardio because it is easy and takes no planning. But I was not strong. This program helped me have a more well rounded work out and body. I love how much stronger I feel now. I have come to enjoy strength exercises better now because of this program when I used to not like them because of the planning that came with them. "

"I loved the structure. I like how you would to whole body, then arms, legs, ect. Quality was also great! You can tell Angela put in a ton of work to make this program. I did the workouts each day no matter what! Physically I felt stronger because I haven’t ever done a TON of the exercises that were in the program so I was working out muscles that haven’t been worked out before."

"Love the encouragement to set and follow goals - that's how real change happens and becomes life long habits. The provided goals to workout and plan your next day were both excellent and touched on Angela's program purposes - to help work towards physical strength, but also mental and emotional strength. Angela is invested in her clients holistic well-being, and builds her program in a way to accomplish that.
The actual workouts themselves are amazing! I was surprised by how good of a workout I could get by using simple weights and (seemingly) simple movements. As someone who doesn't have much of a background in weight lifting, it was so helpful to have directed, guided and user friendly workouts to help start off my day. It takes extra effort to do the rotations three times through, but is so worth it! (and the soreness the next day....)
The motivation to stick with the schedule provided was great! It would have also been nice to know who else was involved in the trial program to include a community feel. I definitely think it helped me get back on track for incorporating more weight lifting into my daily workouts and encouraged me to set, keep and incorporate my goals into life long habits."
